We are expanding our operations in India by opening 100 new branch offices in 2015 - 2016. We specialize in face-to-face marketing, sales, customer acquisition and promotions.
We are currently working with ICICI Bank, India's largest private sector bank with total assets of Rs. 5,946.42 billion (US$ 99 billion). ICICI Bank currently has a network of 3,853 Branches and 12,123 ATM's across India.

Opportunity:

We currently have only 10 openings for this role - Trainee-Branch-Manager/ Management Trainee.
This is a Learn and Earn Program; the selected candidates will be trained in all aspects of the business starting from Level-1, Level-2 and Level-3 and will take on a Branch Manager Position within 6-10 months and earn Rs.8-10 lacs per annum.

Position: Manager in Training (MIT)

Selected Candidates in the interview would be trained in the following:

* Marketing and Sales
* Face to face interaction with customers and clients
* Human Resources Management & Team management
* Business operations & office management

Earnings:

Stage1 : Rs.12,000-15,000pm (Sales and Marketing 2-3 months)
Stage 2: Rs.15,000-20,000pm (Human Resource Management 4-8 months)
Stage 3: Rs.40,000+ pm (Business Operations)
