Job Requirements 

*Customer Service & Technical Service Skills 
*Knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Operating Systems, and Internet applications 
*Problem solving skills, organizational skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment in any customer service scenario 
*Must have excellent Verbal and Written communication skills. 
*Passion for customer service. 
*Knowledge of basic computer skills. 
*Flexibility to work in US shifts. 
*Prior experience in international voice process will be a plus. 

Job Summary 

The Level I Help Desk Analyst is responsible for resolving incoming telephone requests for assistance on standard commercial and proprietary applications. Consistent customer care, quality standards, and reporting requirements are core competencies of the position. 
The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytic, organized, very well communicative in English (both written and verbal), and has extensive experience in desktop, laptop, mobile and server support, and is able to determine the urgency and impact of a request. 
Education Qualification: 
Intermediate/ Diploma / Graduate in any discipline 
0 to 3 years of experience (We are hiring Fresher’s for Customer Service/Technical Support Role)
