Process Type: Technical Support - Live Chat

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Assist & respond to technical queries via email, chat
* Ensure all contacts are documented using the tracking tool
* Ensure customers are satisfied with services offered
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Knowledge:

Understanding on: Computer Operating Skills, Operating System, Networking Concepts, Internet Concepts & Technical troubleshooting, Customer Service Skills

Eligibility Criteria:

* UG/Graduate with Excellent Written Skills/ Under Graduates awaiting results
*Good Conversational Skills
*Typing Speed - above 30 wpm
*Fresher's and candidate with 0- 4 years experience in BPO Industry with prior Chat/Email exposure
*Should be willing to work in shifts

Age <= 30 yrs

CTC: 1.2 lakh to Max 2.2 lakh per Annum
