We follow an organized on-the-job training module: 

Level-1: Trainee(Marketing & Brand Promotion) 

Level-2: Leader (HR- Recruitment & Training) 

Level-3: Team Leader(HR-Leading a Successful Team) 

Level-4: Assistant Manager(Finance/Administartion) 

Level-5: Business Development Manager (Leading & Managing an SBU operations ) 


DRESS CODE: 
1. You need to come for the interview in FORMAL ATTIRE. If not, we will not proceed with your application. 
2. NO SLIPPERS, SANDALS OR CASUALS!!! 
3. Every candidate needs to be dressed in western formals (Formal Trousers or Knee length skirt & formal shirts for female candidates. Male candidates should wear formal business attire and clean shaved look). 

*Multiple Openings available in management positions. Require candidates with a good fluency in English and a good personality. 

Documentation: You need to carry the following documents along with you when you come for the assessment. 
1. Copy of your current updated resume. 
2. Recent passport size photograph.

Earning potential: 15k - 35k / month as a TRAINEE!!! (Package: Best in the Industry) 

CRITERIA FOR SELECTION: 
EMPLOYMENT WILL BE BASED MOSTLY ON MERIT AND WILL BE CONSIDERED ON YOUR CANDIDATURE AND PROFILE. HOWEVER, PREFERENCE IS GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WHO ARE ABLE TO START EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!!!!
