Walk-in Interview @ C3i - Hyderabad for Level-1 (Technical Support voice/ IT Help desk)

Walk-In Date -    5th oct 2015   to   8th oct 2015    Starting Time:  12.30PM TO 3.30 PM 

Job Description:-

1. Candidate will be involved in Providing Voice & E-Mail Technical Help Desk Services support to C3i Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP.

2. Candidates are required to handle inbound calls / emails regarding technical issues for end users.

Work Location: Hyderabad
Shifts: Rotational

Eligibility Criterion:-
Under Graduates / Diploma / Any Bachelor?s Degree / Any Post Graduate. 
Total Experience: 0-3 Years

Required Skills:-
Proficient knowledge in Connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN 
Proficient knowledge in Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting, Microsoft Outlook issues.
