Job Description- 

E-Commerce Voice and Web Support Process – Ahmedabad – CCR position 
No. of Positions: 200 

Desired candidate profile: 

• Inbound voice process with 20% focus on email content 
• Excellent communication skills – spoken as well as written English 
• Flexible to work in a 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m window 
• 9 hours X 6 days and 9 hours X 5 days – alternate working weeks with rotational week offs 
• Awareness about e-commerce and online shopping 

Selection Process: 
• HR Round 
• Essay writing 
• Typing 
• Logical Reasoning Test 
• E-Commerce Awareness Test 
• Mock Calls 
• Final Operations round 

Salary: 
- Starting salary for fresher – Rs. 18,000/- Fixed CTC 
- Maximum Salary – Rs. 21,000/ Fixed CTC
